Dick & Becky Payne

Dick and Becky Payne were both born in Hailey, Idaho and raised in Carey, Idaho. Both graduated from Carey High School. Dick and Becky were married in 1974 and have four children and 6 grandchildren. Dick and Beck farm the ranch that has been in the Payne family since 1899.
They have a small herd of cattle and sheep.
Beck was active in 4-H as a youth and participated in the Horse program. Dick and Becky got involved as 4-H leaders when their kids Nicki, Angie, Rich, and Marcella participated in 4-H Livestock Projects. Becky has served as a 4-H leader, members of the Leaders Council, and member of the Fair Board for many years. Dick has volunteered for many projects. One of the many is preparing and cooking meat for the 4-H BBQ. He often gets volunteered for helping out at sheep weigh-ins. They currently enjoy helping their grandchildren out with their 4-H projects. They continue to support the 4-H program and have been recipients and were the 2017 Blaine County Fair Grand Marshals. They look forward to supporting the Blaine County Fair events and Livestock Fat Sale each year.
